Does the fatwa regarding the obligation of the correct hijab, with its conditions stipulated by scholars, change to a fashion hijab or its complete removal, based on the principle of "fatwas change with the change of time, place, custom, and circumstance," under the pretext that we live in an era of internet, satellite dishes, mobile phones, and space ships?

The statement that the hijab (definition) was legislated for riding camels and donkeys is fallacious and baseless. The hijab was legislated to protect honor and to ward off the temptation of the gaze, and it has no relation to means of transport. Previous fatwas have been issued regarding the obligatoriness of the hijab and its proofs from the Qur’an and Sunnah (definition).
