Is emigration due to fear for one's psychological well-being and for oneself from the malice of oppressors considered a lack of patience in enduring tribulation and an escape from those who wish to harm one?

A person's departure out of fear of harm befalling their person or their religion does not contradict patience in tribulation. In fact, migration may become obligatory for them if they fear destruction or are unable to practice the rituals of their religion. Natural fear and taking precautionary measures do not detract from one's faith nor do they contradict reliance on God, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and his Companions took measures and fled when afraid, and they did not throw themselves into destruction.
