Is it permissible to travel to live and work in Western countries using forged documents and identification due to the difficulty of finding work in their own country and their dire need for it?

Traveling to non-Muslim countries is permissible provided one is safe from temptation and able to perform the rituals of their religion. It is not permissible to commit forgery to obtain travel documents except in cases of necessity. Necessity here refers to situations where there is fear of perishing, or experiencing extreme, unbearable hardship, or being unable to secure the minimum requirements for living.
