Which is better: to continue giving charity online to charitable organizations, or to give it to workers who provide free services to the home?

If the charity is the obligatory Zakat, then it is not permissible to spend it on other than the eight categories mentioned in the verse from Surat At-Tawbah: "Zakat expenditures are only for the poor and for the needy..." Building hospitals or orphanages is not included in this, unless those benefiting are poor. The entrusted entity must be reliable. If the mentioned workers are poor Muslims, it is permissible to give them Zakat as their right, not as a wage or a gift, prioritizing those in greater need. However, if it is a voluntary, non-obligatory charity, then it is permissible to spend it as you wish, while still prioritizing those in greater need.
