Is it said, "Masha'Allah, there is no power except with Allah," upon hearing the voice of a شيخ reciting the Qur'an?

It is prescribed for you to say "Masha'Allah" (what Allah wills) or "Tabarakallah" (blessed be Allah) when you see something that impresses you, lest you afflict with the evil eye the one you are looking at. This is based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "What prevents one of you, if he sees something in his brother, in himself or his property that he admires, from invoking blessings upon it? For the evil eye is real." And his saying: "If one of you sees something in himself, or his property, or his brother that he admires, let him supplicate for blessings upon it, for the evil eye is real." Also, from this is the Almighty's saying: "And why did you not, when you entered your garden, say: 'What Allah willed! There is no power except with Allah'?" (Quran 18:39). Some of the predecessors said: "Whoever is impressed by something in his wealth or children, let him say: 'Masha'Allah, la quwwata illa billah' (What Allah willed, there is no power except with Allah)."
