It necessitates ghusl (ritual bath) if its discharge with these characteristics is confirmed. As for the fluid discharged when thinking about intercourse, it is madhī (pre-seminal fluid) and does not necessitate ghusl. If there is doubt about the discharge, the woman may choose and assign it the ruling of one of the two fluids.
