Is it permissible for a mother to give her Zakat to her daughter's indebted husband or to her unemployed daughter, given that the mother does not know how the Zakat will be spent?

It is permissible for a mother to give her zakat to her daughter's husband if he is eligible to receive zakat, and likewise to her married daughter, as long as her maintenance is not obligatory upon her mother. It is stipulated that the daughter is not adequately provided for by her husband or anyone else who is responsible for the household expenses. Ignorance of what the daughter will buy with that zakat does not matter, the important thing is that it is not known that she will use it for something corrupt.
