It is obligatory to hasten to sincere repentance (tawbatun nasūḥ) in compliance with Allah Almighty's command: "O you who have believed, repent to Allah with sincere repentance. Perhaps your Lord will remove from you your misdeeds and admit you into Gardens beneath which rivers flow." Allah rejoices at the sincere repentance of His servant and accepts it at all times. Any hesitation a person finds is from the whispers of Satan, and it is not permissible to delay repentance.
