Is it permissible to perform the obligatory Hajj from the deferred dowry (mahr mo’ajjal) that has not yet been received, for the purpose of performing Hajj with one's father and at one's own expense?

The wife's dowry is her property and a fixed right upon her husband. She has the right to demand the immediate dowry to perform the Hajj pilgrimage, and he must fulfill her request if he is able, especially if she has no other money and finds suitable companionship. If the husband is in financial difficulty, she should wait for him, and giving charity to him is more befitting.
