It is not permissible to draw animate beings due to the prohibition reported concerning it, except for two cases: 1. If these pictures are drawn for children, or drawn by children, or are for young ones, as they are permitted to have three-dimensional images like dolls. 2. If the picture is drawn incomplete, such as a half-picture, so that what would sustain life is removed from it.

If the magazine does not observe this, and draws forbidden pictures, it is permissible to write beneficial articles in it, and the sin is upon those who draw and publish the pictures.
