Is it permissible to draw animate beings and hold competitions that include their images (such as coloring a picture or finding five differences) in an electronic Islamic children's magazine that aims to instill morals and religious values in them?

May Allah reward the questioner for their eagerness to do good for Muslim children, and we ask Allah to help them in that and accept it from them. We have already explained the permissibility of visual stories for children, provided they do not contain anything forbidden, such as the display of 'awrah (private parts).
