Does the divorce I issued to my wife, which was the second pronouncement, take effect, especially after discovering she was afflicted by the "evil eye" (ayn)?

If the husband utters the divorce while being fully aware of what he is saying, then his divorce is effective. If the divorce does not complete the three divorces, then he may take his wife back before the expiry of her iddah (definition) (waiting period), or marry her with a new contract after the expiry of the iddah. However, if the divorce completes the three divorces, then she becomes irrevocably separated from him (baynunah kubra), and she is not lawful for him until she marries another man and he consummates the marriage with her, and then he divorces her or dies, and her iddah ends.

Furthermore, studying in mixed-gender universities is an abominable act that leads to temptations. The husband, by virtue of his guardianship (qawamah), must prevent his wife from engaging in abominable acts. Affliction by the evil eye is not an excuse for falling into sins.
