Are the whispers concerning doubt in the Divine Being and the prophethood of the Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace—which a person struggles against and resists—considered doubts in faith? And what is the ruling on marriage in this case, and do such whispers lead to apostasy and the wife becoming unlawful?

Whoever is afflicted with obsessions must ignore them and occupy themselves with what benefits them, and make abundant supplications (dua), seek ruqyah, and visit specialized doctors. Mere obsession does not expel its صاحب from the faith unless ugly acts or thoughts of disbelief are intentionally uttered or committed by them. The mentioned obsessions do not expel the questioner from faith, so they must ignore them, maintain prayer, seek out what is lawful, and persevere in supplication.
