Does water that sprays forcefully from ground tainted with urine contaminate a person's body and clothes?

If water separates from an impurity after the impurity has been removed, or if one is not certain that the water came into contact with an impurity, then it is pure. However, if one is certain that the water came into contact with an impurity before its removal, then whatever part of the body the water touched must be washed. When in doubt about water becoming impure, the original state is purity.
