Does water splashed from urine during urination take the ruling of urine in terms of impurity, or is it pure because it is water used to remove impurity, or is it impure because urine has touched it?

The water that separates from a washing machine after cleansing an impurity (najasah) is pure if it separates without having changed due to the impurity, after the place has been purified. It is impure if it separates having changed due to the impurity, by consensus, or if it separates without having changed but before the place has been purified from urine.
