Has the Islamic heritage diminished the importance of Khadijah's role as a supportive wife, and do the discussions surrounding her hijab, her academic excellence, and her being the first to believe in Islam and Muhammad (peace be upon him) reflect this diminishing?

Khadijah, may Allah be pleased with her, was the first to believe in Allah and His Messenger. This is affirmed by the hadiths regarding the beginning of the revelation and by the statements of a number of scholars, such as Ibn Hazm and Ibn Abd al-Barr. She was characterized by perfect and sound intellect, which was evident in her stance during the incident of the revelation, as noted by Al-Nawawi. Khadijah, may Allah be pleased with her, passed away three years before the Hijra, meaning before the فرض (imposition) of most practical Islamic rulings and their details, such as prayer, zakat, fasting, Hajj, and hijab. Therefore, her knowledge cannot be compared to the knowledge of the rest of the Companions who lived to see the legislation of these rulings.
