What is the ruling on divorcing a wife when the husband is angry and agitated, and cannot control himself due to his wife’s provocation, taking into consideration the fatwas of Ibn al-Qayyim and Ibn Baz regarding severe states of anger that remove one's intellect or prevent intention, and if the wife had just purified herself from menstruation and saw yellowish discharge after the divorce?

As for anger, it does not prevent the occurrence of divorce unless it causes the person to lose consciousness and awareness. Accordingly, divorce occurs, but the husband may reconcile with his wife before the expiry of her 'iddah, unless it is the third divorce.

As for yellowish or brownish discharge: If they appear after the cessation of blood and the sign of purity is evident, they are not considered menstruation, and the woman is pure. However, if they are connected to the blood and there is no dryness or white discharge indicating purity, then they are part of menstruation. Menstruation, according to the preponderant opinion, does not prevent the occurrence of divorce.
