How is the inheritance divided among the father, the full brother, the mother, and the two daughters?

If the deceased leaves behind only a mother, a father, two daughters, and a full brother, then the mother receives one-sixth, and the father receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as Allah states: "And for his parents, each of them is to have a sixth of what he left if he had a child." The two daughters receive two-thirds, based on what is established that the Prophet (peace be upon him) gave the two daughters of Sa'd ibn Al-Rabi' two-thirds, and scholars have unanimously agreed on this. The full brother inherits nothing because he is unequivocally excluded by the father.

The inheritance is divided into six shares: one share for the mother, one share for the father, and four shares for the two daughters (two shares for each).

It is advisable to refer inheritance cases to Sharia courts due to potential complexities such as the presence of other heirs, wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
