Does the adulterous husband have the right to demand recompense from the adulterer on the Day of Presentation, and how does the adulterer make amends or supplicate to God for forgiveness so that there is no claim against him on the Day of Resurrection?

Adultery is one of the major sins, and its perpetrator incurs great transgressions. Quranic verses and prophetic traditions have been reported clarifying this. However, Allah Almighty forgives all sins through sincere repentance. So, whoever repents, believes, and does righteous deeds, Allah will transform his evil deeds into good ones. Adultery with a neighbor's wife or a fighter's wife is among the gravest sins due to the immense betrayal and harm it inflicts upon the husband. The husband's right is not forfeited by repentance to Allah; rather, he retains a right against the adulterer. To address this right, the adulterer should not inform the husband or the wife's family, as this would lead to greater discord and harm. Instead, he should strive to do good to them through prayer for them, seeking forgiveness, and giving charity on their behalf, for good deeds obliterate evil deeds.
