To what extent are the mentioned images and website authentic?

These images have no authentic basis, and some of them contain what appears to be falsehoods, such such as the mihrab (prayer niche) of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, for the Prophet never adopted a mihrab. Rather, a short spear (anaza) would be planted for him when he prayed in a place requiring a sutra (barrier). And the Prophet's house was converted into bathrooms for expansion purposes. There is no benefit in seeking out these relics except for exaggeration that leads to shirk (polytheism). The Salaf (early generations) warned against seeking out the relics of the righteous. Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, ordered the cutting down of the tree under which the Prophet took the pledge, saying: "Do you want to turn the relics of the Prophets into mosques? Pray wherever you are."
