Is it permissible for a wife to visit her son without her husband's knowledge if he forbade her from doing so by swearing an oath, due to a dispute between the father and the son, and would the oath be binding upon her if she does so?

It appears that a husband does not have the right to prevent his wife from visiting their son, due to the breaking of kinship ties involved. This is unless she is a young woman who is not trustworthy, in which case she should not be allowed to go out. As for the breaking of the oath, it occurs simply by her leaving, whether with his knowledge or without it.
