Is it obligatory to fast for two months as expiation for someone who kissed and fondled his fiancée during a Ramadan day, without ejaculation or seeing the private parts?

The infatuation that occurred between you, as women, is considered forbidden zina (illicit sexual relations), for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The eyes commit zina, and their zina is looking. The hands commit zina, and their zina is touching. The feet commit zina, and their zina is walking. The mouth commits zina, and its zina is kissing. The heart longs and desires." You must distance yourself from this girl and hasten to sincere repentance to Allah. If nothing was discharged as a result of this during fasting, then the fast is valid and nothing is required. If madhy (pre-ejaculatory fluid) was discharged, then the fast is valid, and nothing is required except repentance and desisting from the act. However, if maniy (semen) was discharged, then the fast is invalid, and you must make up that day, and there is no expiation for fasting required of you according to the majority of scholars. In summary, you are not required to fast for two months; rather, you must repent and make up the day if maniy was discharged. Otherwise, nothing is required of you except repentance.
