Is it permissible to kill a dog that barks loudly every time the muezzin calls the adhan, especially since some people believe it is a blessed dog?

The belief of the people in the neighborhood that there is goodness in a dog's barking during the call to prayer is incorrect. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded seeking refuge from Satan upon hearing a dog bark, which indicates that he saw evil or a devil. If a dog is harmful, it is permissible to kill it. Dogs that are not exceptional and harm Muslims are commanded to be killed. As for the black dog with two spots, it must be killed.
