Is it permissible to delay a child's circumcision and his undescended testicle surgery based on doctors' recommendation to wait until he reaches nine months of age?

If a necessity arises that prevents circumcising a child at its prescribed time, it is permissible to delay it, based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not kill yourselves" and "Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity," and on the rule: "Necessities make the forbidden permissible." A doctor should be consulted, and if they determine that there is a real effect preventing circumcision, it is permissible to postpone it until the impediment is removed. If the newborn is too weak to endure circumcision, to the extent that there is fear for their life, this constitutes a valid reason to forgo it.
