The work of syndicates is a form of organized collective action that Islam calls for and encourages, because it is cooperation and mutual consent to repel injustice, remove harm, and bring about benefits. It is recommended due to its collective nature, like cooperation, "like a structure, each part strengthening the other," and its role in achieving justice for the oppressed and securing their rights, embodying the principle of cooperating in goodness. It is stipulated that the means and objectives of the syndicates must be legitimate in Islam.
