Do conflicts resulting from differences of opinion among workers in an Islamic group spoil the work?

We have previously discussed Islamic groups, the ruling on joining them, and working for the religion through them in fatwas: 193870, 2788, 10157, 32985. Differences in opinion do not spoil friendship as long as the disagreement is over matters where disagreement is permissible. Indeed, the Companions, the Salaf, and the Imams differed, but they did not separate. Please refer to fatwa number: 43562.
