Is working for a company owned by a disbeliever considered an act of loyalty to disbelievers?

Working and trading with non-believers is not considered forbidden loyalty (muwalat), provided that the work and trade chosen are permissible. A Muslim must be truthful and proficient in their work to represent Islam in the best possible light. However, it is not permissible to be loyal to them in the heart or to praise them absolutely. Permissible dealings with them include trade, exchange of benefits, and utilizing permissible expertise with caution, and they should not have authority over Muslims. Muslim business owners must give employees their rights, because some people's preference to work for a non-believer due to salary leads to praising them and falling into loyalty to them, which is a trial for many in their religion.
