The answer

If what is discharged upon arousal is a thin, whitish, sticky fluid that exits without gushing and is not followed by a feeling of weakness, then it is madhy (pre-seminal fluid). It is impure (najis), necessitating the washing of theis male organ and any clothing or body part it has touched, and it nullifies ablution (wudu').

However, if it is discharged with desire and gushing, and a feeling of weakness is experienced afterwards, then it is maniy (seminal fluid), necessitating a ritual bath (ghusl). It nullifies ablution (wudu'), but it is not impure (najis), according to the correct opinion.
