If a woman experiences pleasure upon the discharge of these secretions, this indicates that it is maniyy (seminal fluid), and ghusl (ritual bath) becomes obligatory. It is pure (tahir) and does not require purification of the body or clothes from it. However, if the secretions are discharged when desire is aroused, but without experiencing pleasure from their exit or a subsequent decline (in arousal), then it is madhiy (pre-seminal fluid), which nullifies ablution (wudu'). It is impure (najis) and requires the same purification as urine, but it does not necessitate ghusl.
