Scratching at night does not necessarily cause anything to come out, and if something does come out, it is not necessarily maniy (seminal fluid). If what comes out is not maniy, then only the impurity needs to be washed upon certainty or strong suspicion; otherwise, pay no attention to it, and there is no need for ghusl (ritual bathing). Perform wudu' (ablution) after istinja' (cleaning oneself after relieving oneself) and pray, and do not exaggerate in matters of purity.
