What is the ruling on marrying a Christian woman in a Muslim Arab country, given her fear of her family?

Allah has permitted marriage to chaste believing women and forbidden marriage to polytheistic women, with the exception of women from the People of the Book (Christians and Jews), on the condition that the woman is chaste, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not marry polytheistic women until they believe. And a believing slave woman is better than a polytheistic woman, even though she might please you." And Allah Almighty says: "This day [all] good foods have been made lawful for you. And the food of those who were given the Scripture is lawful for you and your food is lawful for them. And [lawful in marriage are] the chaste women from among the believers and the chaste women from among those who were given the Scripture before you."

If the woman is Christian but not chaste, then marriage to her is not permissible. If she is an atheist, then marriage to her is not permissible. For the validity of marriage to a woman from the People of the Book, two conditions must be met: 1. She must be chaste (which is very unlikely). 2. She must actually be a Christian and not an atheist.

In addition to that, other conditions for the validity of marriage must be met, such as the guardian (wali), who must be a Christian like her. It is not permissible for a Muslim to be the guardian of his unbelieving female relative.
