It is not permissible to conceal this disease from the one you intend to marry. It is permissible for you to marry a healthy girl if she and her guardian consent to your illness. You are not obliged to obey your parents regarding marrying a virgin in a situation like yours. We advise you to marry a girl who has the same disease. If a healthy girl consents, you might cause her suffering. Try to convince your parents to marry a divorced woman, and you can hint at an impediment without explicitly stating the disease.
