Is it permissible to marry off a person afflicted with AIDS?

A sick person should not marry until they have informed the other party of their illness. If the other party agrees, then it is permissible; otherwise, it is not. This is because concealing the illness is considered deception, and the disease might be transmitted to the spouse or children. However, if you are content and accept Allah's decree, then there is no harm in it.
