Is it permissible for a man who is not infected to marry a woman infected with AIDS, knowing that the woman is religious?

It is not permissible to marry someone afflicted with AIDS, because it violates the command of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to flee from the leper, and his prohibition of mixing the sick with the healthy, and it exposes oneself to perdition.
