Is it considered a divorce if the husband says to his wife when she raises her voice: "You are raising your voice to divorce me," and then explains it by saying he meant "You are divorcing me, not I you"?

The husband's statement does not constitute a divorce, and nothing is entailed by it. The spouses must live together in kindness, and the wife must obey her husband in what is right, and she should not raise her voice at him or address him with inappropriate words, for the husband's right is great.
