What is the ruling regarding a wife saying to her husband: "You are not my husband," and what is the ruling on her raising her voice at him?

Divorce is in the hands of the husband or his representative. Therefore, a divorce does not occur by the wife uttering it, even if she intends for it to take effect. A wife raising her voice at her husband is ill-mannered, and if it includes insult or harm, it is impermissible due to the prohibition of harming a Muslim, which is even more severe when directed at the husband. The wife is required to treat her husband with kindness and obey him in everything that does not involve disobedience to Allah.
