Is it permissible to benefit from surplus money taken from a non-Muslim employer, after swearing an oath not to take it, because of the employer's injustice?

Islam has established foundations and regulations for how a Muslim should interact with non-belligerent followers of other religions, including the prohibition of lying to them and stealing their wealth. As for those among them who are belligerent, their wealth and blood are permissible for Muslims unless they enter Muslim lands under a covenant. Therefore, taking an increase from the wealth of a non-belligerent Jew is considered theft and a mistake, especially if it is accompanied by a false oath. The obligation is to repent to Allah and return the increase to its owner, unless the Jew does not give him his full right, in which case he may balance it with what was withheld.
