What is the ruling on following more than one Adhan at the same time? And is everything that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, did not do an innovation (Bid'ah)? And what are the controls of innovation? And is reading the Quran from a wooden stand an innovation?

Scholars differ regarding the narration of the Adhan (definition) when there are multiple Adhans. Some say it suffices to narrate the first Adhan, in compliance with the Prophet's command. Others say that one should respond to the first, second, and subsequent calls, due to the generality of the Hadith (definition) and because it is a remembrance for which one is rewarded. This is the view preferred by Sheikh Al-Uthaymeen and Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah. The preponderant view is that the listener should narrate the Adhan whenever he hears it. If the muezzins call the Adhan simultaneously, it suffices to narrate it once.

As for the second question, worship is Tawqifiyyah (restricted to what is prescribed), meaning Allah is worshipped only in the manner He has legislated. Any action for which there is no religious text and which is intended as an act of worship is an innovation (bid'ah), based on the Prophet's saying: "Whoever innovates into this affair of ours that which is not from it, then it is rejected." Innovation is an invented method in religion that imitates what is lawful, intended for exaggeration in worship. Among the criteria for innovations is that any act not performed by the Prophet, despite the presence of a reason to do it and no impediment, then performing it now is an innovation. As for the wooden stand for the Mushaf (definition) (Qur'an), it is not an innovation because it is a means of preparing the Mushaf and is not intended as an act of worship, and the basic principle regarding things is permissibility.
