Is it permissible for a woman to ride the Qur'an memorization school bus when there are reprehensible acts (such as the supervisor not observing proper hijab, or the supervisor remaining alone with the driver before boarding or after alighting), and does the ruling differ for a young girl?

If the woman can find another bus, she should move to it. Otherwise, there is no blame upon her for riding the aforementioned bus. She should advise the supervisor and explain the conditions of the lawful hijab to her. If the supervisor does not respond, then the woman has fulfilled her duty. The advice should be repeated at appropriate times, and if possible, she should involve someone whose words she hopes the supervisor will heed, such as the head of the Quranic memorization center. Contemporary scholars differ on the ruling of a woman riding alone with a driver. Some have prohibited it, considering it an unlawful khalwa (private seclusion), while others have permitted it. As for a young girl riding, it does not negate the khalwa.
