Is not the reason for the prohibition of plucking eyebrows, which is changing the creation of Allah, present in hair dye?

The forbidden alteration of Allah's creation is that which is permanent. As for what is not permanent, such as henna, kohl, and hair dye, it does not fall under the forbidden alteration of Allah's creation, and some scholars have permitted it. Even if we assume that hair dyeing falls under altering creation, it is an exception, similar to plucking armpit hair, trimming the mustache, and clipping nails, all of which the Shari'ah has permitted, and even encouraged.
