What is the ruling of Sharia on the death of one of the questioner's sons and the injury of the other due to the collapse of his house wall, caused by his neighbor leaning wood against it despite being warned?

The encroaching neighbor guarantees what resulted from the collapse of the wall in two cases: first, his encroachment by using his neighbor's wall without his consent; and second, the neighbor warning him of the wall's weakness. It is mentioned in "Mawahib al-Jalil" that the owner of the wall guarantees what the wall damaged after a complaint and explanation are made to him. His 'aqilah (male relatives on the father's side) bear responsibility for any death or injury that occurred, and he is liable for expiation and guaranteeing any financial damage.
