Does the divorce issued by the husband, by saying "you are divorced" twice consecutively in two separate arguments, then his saying to the wife's father "your daughter is divorced from me by three" in a state of extreme anger and his claim of unconsciousness, take effect? And is it permissible for the couple to return to each other? And what is the ruling of Islamic law on that?

The fatwa we adhere to is that a triple divorce uttered in a single declaration counts as three divorces. A revocable divorce also counts if a man divorces his wife with a revocable divorce during her waiting period (iddah).

As for divorce pronounced in anger: If your husband's anger reached a level where he lost consciousness and was no longer aware of his actions, then the divorce does not take effect, based on the hadith: "There is no divorce nor manumission in a state of compulsion/unawareness." However, if he was aware of what he was saying and did not lose consciousness, then the divorce takes effect, even if he was in a state of anger. It is preferable to consult the Sharia courts.
