Who was the wife of the Messenger whom he married by God's command in a dream?

The woman whom the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, married by Allah's command through a dream is Lady Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her. This is authentically reported in Sahih al-Bukhari and Muslim from Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I was shown you in a dream for three nights. An angel came to me with you in a silken cloth, saying, 'This is your wife?' So I uncovered your face, and behold, it was you. I would say, 'If this is from Allah, He will affirm it.'"
