How do we reconcile the verse, "Indeed, you will not hunger therein nor be unclothed" (Taha: 118) with the verse, "Then they ate from it, so their private parts became apparent to them" (Taha: 121)?

There is no contradiction between the two verses. The clothing in the first verse was in the context of gratitude towards Adam as long as he was obedient to God, whereas the stripping in the other verse was a punishment for disobedience, because God did not promise Adam the continuation of blessings upon him no matter how much he disobeyed Him.
