Is it permissible to perform Hajj while I have installments due to the real estate bank?

Hajj is obligatory for those who can afford it. If a required installment payment coincides with Hajj, and the Muslim cannot fulfill both simultaneously, then he must prioritize paying the installment and postpone Hajj until he is able to perform it, for Allah Almighty says: (And Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah) to the House (Ka'bah) is a duty that mankind owes to Allah, those who can afford the expenses (for one's conveyance and provision, to and fro, and during Hajj)).
