Is it permissible to collect the entire rent of a commercial shop in one lump sum in advance?

Leasing is the sale of usufruct, and it is permissible to defer, advance, or pay the rent in installments. So, if the lessor and lessee agree to advance the entire rent for the whole period, there is no impediment. It states in Al-Mughni: "The sixth ruling is that if the deferment of the rent is stipulated, it is until its due date. If it is stipulated to be paid in installments, day by day, or month by month, or less than that, or more, then it is according to what they agreed upon. This is because the leasing of an object is like its sale, and its sale is valid with a price that is prompt or deferred, and similarly for its leasing."
