What is the ruling on taking something from another person out of shyness and embarrassment, even though the owner does not wish to give it but agrees out of modesty?

Whoever takes another's property out of shyness, his act does not make the property permissible for him, and he must return it unless its owner permits it, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent." The scholars have unanimously agreed that whoever has something taken from him out of shyness, the taker does not own it, because it is compulsion by the sword of shyness.
