How do I legitimize my salary for my previous years of absence, knowing that there is no record of absence in some departments?

A private employee is entitled to his salary by making himself available during working hours. His absence and receipt of salary are permissible only with the permission of the authorized official. If the absence is without permission, then whatever was taken from the salary is considered unlawful gain and must be returned to the employer.
