How do the disbelievers question the Great News while they disbelieve in it, and how do they differ concerning it, between one who believes and one who denies, even though the discussion is about the deniers?

The interrogative in the noble verse is an interrogative of admonishment, denouncement, and wonder at them; meaning: About what are these people questioning? They are questioning about the Great News and the wondrous tidings brought by Muhammad. The address is primarily directed at the disbelievers of Quraysh and those with them, and they differ concerning this news. It can also be directed at all people; in which case, their difference concerning it would be in terms of belief and disbelief, and affirmation and denial.
