Is a mother's prayer against her daughter answered in a state of anger, even if the mother is in the wrong?

If a mother rejects her daughter's marriage to a specific man because she wants to marry her off to her sister's son, without a valid reason, then her rejection is not to be heeded. The daughter's marriage to the man she chose is not considered disobedience (uquq), and the mother's supplication against her in this case is impermissible and will not be answered, because it is an injustice. Any setbacks the daughter may experience could be due to shortcomings, sins, or it could simply be a trial from Allah.
